This woman disrupts a town meeting by
crawling under the table. She evidently took a bunch of the
town's money and went gambling with her mother with it, and she
suspected that they were going to address the issue at the meeting,
so she did the only thing any sensible person would do: crawl
under a table and attempt to evade cops and scream and whine like
she was 4 years old.
